About - Summary

A friend insisted I come with him to San Francisco to share a road trip adventure.  He may not know it, but it is thanks to him that I was introduced to a creative profession helping others infuse their neighborhoods with artistry as only found in such a place at that time.  Lessons learned later were used to bridge to a digital profession as...

1. Listen and understand client's views, concerns, interests, needs as ultimately relates to architectural color OR workplace skills development, training and learning.  Thoughtful discussion can quickly lead to a shared, articulated understanding confirming a "same page" viewpoint.  Actions and responses follow aligned to concerns as demonstrates value and progress relevant to client interests. 
2. Home & Workplace Interiors & Exteriors:  Provide color and/or artistry concept sufficient to convey how architectural structure, features and setting would be highlighted to increase curb-appeal.  Indicate how living ambiance for occupants, neighbors, owners would be tastefully enhanced and affect long term ROI. 
3. Training Development (T&D), Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Technical Writing concerns:  Workplace knowledge and skills gaps identified and addressed by crafting of training media and Performance Support (PS) on subjects and topics of places, job roles, processes and procedures of services and products.  Results of use anticipated to reduce costly waste and increase worker efficiency right knowledge actions.
