Architectural Artistry
Work practice overview
In a remote and/or onsite arrangement, personalized creative and application arrangement is made. In most cases this is contract service agreement that indicates rate, time and outcome expectations. It may specify details related and unique to the project. Color design sampling may occur onsite and/or by computer imaging. Application instructions are typically of form as paint-by-numbers or onsite markup as homeowner or trades person reference.
Process orientation
Common is a walk-around to share site perspectives, interests, concerns and convey a descriptive preview of potential for results and benefits. Client color aversions and attractions are factored into site analysis with numerous other inputs as exposure conditions, neighborhood character, structural style and unique features, and more. Arrangements are per client preference from consulting and guidance to application.
Common results
When the potential of a home or building is visibly evident by a thoughtful color design or artistry addition, others in or near the neighborhood often approach to discuss taking a look at their property. Achievements of aesthetic impact, added character appeal and real estate / property value increases are most often visibly evident. For certain types of color design applications, periodically it is a pleasant surprise to see the work shown in magazine articles as "MultiStories: Real Estate – The Machesney Building" (previously named Benedum Trees) by Mark Houser in 2018 of Pittsburgh Magazine or publications highlighting Victorian color designs as featured in "Painted Ladies" book series. (Honorable Mention referenced color examples in historic Manchester neighborhood of Pittsburgh PA).

For those that do, tools and practices are adapted as demonstrated and agreed useful to enhance, extend, ease and/or expedite those existing processes. If not in place, tools and processes can be introduced / proposed / demonstrated. Services are provided in the context of an agreement that:
P-ADDIE - Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation
Agile and lean ISD/ID practices, where requested, are demonstrated as to reduce time and costs while sustaining or improving output quality.

Planning and Analysis - Comprehensive or Limited:
Make use of process and tools already in place or, if requested, build a demo-content map as could support, status, and aid P-ADDIE integrated workflows.
A content map database model maintains quality of alignment for content: learning and business objectives, competencies, assessments, media assets, source ID, and a variety of ISD elements specific to curriculum / course needs.

After initial discussion, starter tools offer a means to begin and advance projects OR integrate use to a pre-existing process. Visual samples above and elsewhere display tools used for project as outlined and mapped content. Illustrations depict building a Performance Support Tool (PST) or job aid with an elective e-learning component.
Evaluation: ROI, learning effectiveness and business goals alignment.
Attendance, tests and survey results are evaluated for effectiveness by analytics of: site visits, user surveys, Q&A response metrics, etc.
Support can be arranged for T&D / ISD info-data mapping to integrate ADDIE task documentation with content workflow and delivery.
