A friend insisted I come with him to San Francisco to share a road trip adventure.  He may not know it, but it is thanks to him that I was introduced to a creative profession helping others infuse their neighborhoods with artistry as only found in such a place at that time.  Lessons learned transitioned well to later bridge to a practical yet productive ROI (return on investment) focused digital services profession as...

1. Listen and understand the client's views, concerns, interests, and needs as ultimately responded to with architectural color solutions OR workplace digital solutions for skills development, training, and learning.  Thoughtful discussions quickly led to confirming a "same page" viewpoint.  Actions followed aligned to address concerns with demonstrated progress relevant to client interests. 
2. Home & Workplace Interiors & Exteriors:  Provide artistry sufficient to convey how architectural structure, features, and setting would be highlighted to increase curb appeal.  Indicate how living ambiance for occupants, neighbors, and owners would be tastefully enhanced and affect long-term ROI. 
3. Training Development (T&D), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), and Technical Writing concerns:  Workplace knowledge and skills gaps identified and addressed by the crafting of training media and Performance Support (PS) on subjects and topics of places, job roles, processes and procedures of services and products.  Results of use generally reduce waste and increase worker efficiency and safety through the practice of relevant, standardized workplace knowledge.
